Reiki sessions are based on the traditional Usui method and are available in-person or via Zoom. Each session includes a pre-assessment to understand your individual needs, a guided meditation to enhance the experience, and a post-session debrief to reflect on and share any experiences, sensations or emotions that arose during the session.
