I’d love to give you a free 60-minute introductory session. The goal is to give you clarity and direction for the start of your wellness journey. Each introductory session includes: 

1. A one-on-one discussion so you can understand how yoga can be integrated into your personal wellness plan. Our time together will give you an overview of how yoga can benefit you.

2. We’ll also explore how other wellness services, including life coaching, Reiki, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), all tailored to support your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

This yoga therapy package is designed to empower you to take an active role in your health and wellness journey.  By the end of the three sessions, you’ll have a personalized yoga plan and the knowledge to practice effectively at home, paving the way for improved physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The program aims to provide you with the tools for sustainable self-care and a foundation for ongoing personal wellness practice.

The program begins with a comprehensive intake assessment to understand your unique situation, followed by the development & implementation of a customized yoga plan and finishes with a discussion of next steps and options for continued support and progression.

All-Level Hatha Yoga Classes

Our home harmony Hatha Yoga program offers a series of group classes via Zoom, designed to cater to practitioners of all levels – from beginners to advanced. This virtual yoga series aims to bring the tranquility and benefits of yoga into the comfort of your home. It provides an accessible and convenient way to maintain a regular yoga practice, with the guidance of an experienced instructor and the support of a like-minded community.

Class Structure

  • Brief introduction and a few moments to ground and center oneself.
  • Gentle warm-up – gentle movements and stretches to warm up the body and prepare for more intensive postures.
  • Moving into a series of Hatha Yoga postures, tailored to accommodate all levels – modifications and variations will be provided for each pose to suit beginners, intermediates, and advanced practitioners.
  • Incorporating breathing techniques to enhance focus, relaxation, and energy flow.
  • Concluding with a guided relaxation or meditation practice to integrate the physical work and center the mind.

Private In-Person Restorative Yoga Sessions

Everyone needs to experience “restorative” yoga at least once in their life. The truth is — you don’t have to be great at yoga to get all the benefits of restorative yoga!!

These private restorative yoga sessions are designed to offer a sanctuary for deep relaxation and personal rejuvenation. They are ideal for women looking to reduce stress, improve sleep quality, enhance emotional well-being, or simply enjoy a peaceful, meditative break from daily life. Each session focuses on gentle, supportive postures held for extended periods, encouraging deep relaxation of the body & mind and allows for energetic alignment.
